➔ SHIPPING INFORMATION
✷ USA / CANADA / MEXICO
For orders with only stickers and small prints (5" x 7" and 4" x 6"), you may select at check out:-
- [Untracked] Flat Rate (cheapest option)
- OR [Tracking] Standard
For orders including medium to large prints and/or keychains, you must select [Tracking] Standard option at checkout.
If the incorrect shipping is applied, your order will be automatically canceled.
Please allow approximately 1-3 Business days for order processing and fulfillment.
Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sundays are not included.
We ship once a week.
✷ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Yes, international shipping with tracking is available with some exceptions.
Please check to make sure your country accepts international packages and that you're comfortable in the possibility of paying additional custom fees.
For addresses outside the US: including a copy of your phone number and mailing address (as formatted for letter mail/standard postage) in the order notes will help reduce delivery issues.
If your country is not available, please reach out to me and I can check if it is possible.
✷ TRANSIT ESTIMATES
Following the shipping notification,
- United States: 1-2 weeks
- Canada: 2-4 weeks
- South America: 2-8 weeks
- Everywhere else: 4-12 weeks
✷ SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING
In an effort to be sustainable and eco-friendly, we may utilize packaging from recycled or reused materials, including clear sleeves, cardboard backing, wrapping paper, etc. This practice will not affect the quality of the products being received.
✷ CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
When an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email, please check over the items and shipping address carefully to avoid any future inconveniences.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the order's shipping address is valid and correct. If any mistakes on the shipping address causes the package to Return To Sender, it is the customer's responsibility to pay additional shipping fees for the order to be reshipped.
It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the shipping status of their order once tracking information has been emailed to them. And the customer is responsible for timely collection of the packages that have been delivered to the shipping address.
HEYPLANETS is not responsible for missing or lost packages during transit and therefore cannot offer to replace or refund for these orders. We recommend contacting your local post office first before emailing us.
